Transition Cambridge is a local community group, dedicated to helping Cambridge make the Transition to a lower carbon more resilient way of life. We aim to be a positive movement, supporting practical activities such as helping everyone to grow their own food, produce their own energy, make their own clothes, and have fun in the process. Everyone is invited to get involved in whatever way you want to - just turn up to some of our events, or join an interest group (e.g. food, well-being) or start one of your own... We are part of the Transition Network, and there are lots of other transition initiatives across the UK and around the world. Each town or city is transitioning in its way, and we are all learning as we go along! |
